Blending the grandiosity of arena rock with the refinement of orchestral music, Philadelphia artist, The Earth & All Within, introduces a bold new take on the genre with his self-titled debut album, The Earth & All Within. Described as a “Millennial Rock Opera,” the project pushes boundaries both musically and conceptually. Tracked at Milkboy the Studio in Philadelphia and Gradwell House Recording in New Jersey, the album showcases lush string arrangements performed by the Philadelphia String Quartet—whose members bring experience touring with acts like Trans-Siberian Orchestra—woven seamlessly into James Ellis’s gritty, guitar-centric compositions. Influenced by modern rock titans such as Foo Fighters, Green Day, and Radiohead, the album offers a cinematic sound that feels both familiar and refreshingly ambitious. With The Earth & All Within, Ellis carves out a distinctive voice, bridging the worlds of classical finesse and rock intensity.

Vienna’s rising indie-pop duo Fallin’ Astronauts are poised for a breakthrough with their captivating new single ‘Higher’ and subsequent EP. The track offers a stunning mix of lush guitar work, cinematic atmosphere, and heartfelt lyricism — the first glimpse into their debut EP, MONO, set to release this October. Drawing inspiration from acts like Coldplay and Imagine Dragons, “Higher” floats effortlessly between emotional depth and uplifting energy. With MONO, vocalist Maximilian Hamedinger and guitarist Emil Breit embrace raw minimalism, aiming to create something deeply personal and sonically bold. “It’s about stripping back the noise to find something real,” they explain. Classically trained and creatively fearless, the duo have already made waves across Europe and Asia — including features in Illustrate, Plastic, and a live performance on South Korea’s TBS eFM. Fallin’ Astronauts are ready for liftoff.

4. My Life As A Moth

The project that would become My Life As A Moth emerged during 2020, sparked by a quiet moment when a pale moth landed on a dormant piano, breaking a spell of creative silence. Based in London, the genre-blending artist soon unveiled her first album, Miss Queenie’s Jamboree—a release praised by BBC Radio 6 and Absolute Radio for its vivid, surreal style. Now working alongside Keir Adamson and Ellie Mason (of Voka Gentle), she has completed a second album, recorded in a makeshift studio in a shed. Due for release next April, it reimagines her beginnings through a bold and experimental lens.

Breaking away from a landscape crowded with trends and imitation, London-based band Electron are forging a sound that refuses to be boxed in. Their latest release, “You Betray,” is a fierce and unfiltered expression of emotional unrest. It’s aggressive, vulnerable, and entirely unapologetic. Fusing the sharp intensity of metalcore with the rawness of post-grunge, “You Betray” carries a heavy emotional weight, but rather than being consumed by it, the band transforms it into something defiantly alive. The lyrics tackle themes of alienation, fractured identity, and the exhausting pursuit of self-acceptance. Rather than offering easy answers, the song sits in the discomfort and makes something honest out of it. Already gaining attention from tastemakers such as Kerrang!, BraveWords, and Notion, Electron stand apart by leaning into the uncomfortable. “You Betray” is now streaming everywhere.
