Rock super-trio, NHC, just released a video for their track “Lazy Eyes.” The Los Angeles-based rockers—Dave Navarro, Taylor Hawkins, and Chris Chaney—performed their first headlining gig at the Troubadour on November 23.

The “Lazy Eyes” video was created with footage from the performance, and was directed by Todd Newman. All three tough-looking rockers are all smiling throughout the set. Foo Fighters rhythm guitarist Pat Smear joined the trio on guitar, and can’t seem to wipe the soft smile off his face, while Navarro happily sings with and points to Hawkins and the two back-up singers.
NHC most recently released “Lazy Eyes” and “Devil That You Know” together on November 12. Shortly after announcing their forming in September, the band debuted their first two tracks, “Feed The Cruel” and “Better Move On,” live at Eddie Vedder’s Ohana Encore weekend in October.
As rightful Foos, Hawkins and Smear are co-stars (along with the other Foos) in the Foo Fighters’ first-ever upcoming feature horror-comedy film Studio 666. The band also was inducted this year into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and recently announced their 2022 North American tour, kicking off May 14 at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania.
