Insane Clown Posse dropped their newest hard-hitting spooky single “Wretched,” just in time for Halloween.
The song is featured on their upcoming record Yum Yum Bedlam, which is out on October 31 via their own Psychopathic Records.

For a malicious play at cynical people, the group raps: “If I come close enough of miss / I’ll suck you dry of happiness,” and leads into the chorus pointing out a worldly emptiness, “To shower you when demon piss … No holiness no hope exists.”
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Violent J said of the track: “I was inspired to write ‘Wretched,’ because, put it this way, There’s Hollywood insanity, like the Riddler, where it’s almost cool, or Hannibal Lecter, or Michael Myers. And then there’s the type of insanity that’s so nasty it ain’t cool at all. And that’s ‘Wretched.’”
Yum Yum Bedlam follows this February’s eight-song Yum Yum’s Lure, and their single “Bizaar Bizzar Sampler” that dropped in April. The new album will be the group’s 17th studio album, their last being the 2019 Fearless Fred Fury.
The Detroit horrorcore hip-hoppers have recently decided to slow down on huge touring rounds, as member Violent J was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation late this summer. Closing on the days as a major touring act, Insane Clown Posse still plans to continue playing special gigs once a month, and carry on the new tradition throughout new cities.
This time last year, we spoke with ICP about their lengthy career and how their beef with Eminem (remember that?) is now a thing of the past.
