Really want to be in Tokyo, Japan. Omakase experience with sake tasting, or one million other amazing things one can do in Tokyo.
Excited about Our new music video for “Bedroom Posters” that I directed.
My current music collection has a lot of Ambient electronic and neo-classical/post-minimalist.
And a little bit of Bossa nova.
Preferred format Vinyl. I was late to the party but during COVID I started collecting and have been obsessed ever sense. I just enjoy the sensory experience of putting on a record and taking the time to really listen.
5 Albums I Can’t Live Without:
1
Pale, Through the Window, Ruston Kelly

For a long time now most of the music I listen to has been instrumental. Whether it’s post rock, electronic, soundtracks etc. Ruston’s albums have always been a source of comfort and inspiration for me so I was very excited for this release because if I am going to listen to someone’s lyrics, they are his. This album is just stunning from top to bottom. I challenge anyone to listen to “All In” with dry eyes.
2
A Dawning, Ólafur Arnalds & Talos

Ólafur has been my most played artist for several years running. At this point in my life I’m searching for peace and calm, and he delivers every single time. This album is a collaboration with Talos and it’s just so hopeful and somehow haunting at the same time. Highly recommend exploring his entire catalog.
3
Landscape from Memory, Rival Consoles

The synth master. Rival Consoles will take you on a journey to somewhere new with every listen. When the beat drops on “In Reverse,” the opening track of this record, I know I have to stop what I’m doing to make time to listen to the whole thing.
4
Error5 EP, deadmau5

It’s just deadmau5 doing what he does best. He is so good at choosing the sounds for his songs. It honestly blows my mind how minimal they can be in terms of featured elements, but somehow it sounds like an electronic orchestra of sorts. This EP just doesn’t let up. When I have needed to go for a drive this year this has been my go to.
5
Nevertheless, Hammock

Hammock is therapy. They have been a huge part of my personal growth as a human being as I try to continually understand and improve who I am. New music from Hammock is always a gift. Yellowcard had the honor of collaborating with them on A Hopeful Sign back in 2024 and it was a career highlight for me.
