Styles’ third solo album, Harry’s House, was released on May 20.
The performance included his usual backing band, who also joined Styles for three tracks off his new record. The album’s first single and instant pop hit, “As It Was,” was performed alongside “Boyfriends” and “Late Night Talking.”
Wet Leg, who recently released their debut, already took to Twitter to express their melting faces in response to Styles’ cover.

Styles is scheduled to perform tonight, May 24, at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. His massive worldwide tour bleeds into 2023, in which Wet Leg has already supported him on various dates. The duo will rejoin Styles’ Love On Tour next February throughout Australia.
When Styles returns to North America in August, he announced residencies in five cities (Toronto, New York, Austin, Chicago, Inglewood, CA).
Not everyone is a fan though. Last weekend, Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger dismissed comparisons to Styles in an interview with the Times, chalking up the comparisons to “superficial” reasons .
