Ed Sheeran and Bring Me The Horizon is the collaboration no one saw coming when they linked up to transform “Bad Habits” into a hardcore song, but Nandi Bushell couldn’t be more excited. The 11-year-old shared a drum cover of the song, and as always completely knocked it out of the park.
“I am #LOVING the collaboration between @edsheeran and @bmthofficial! Ed is a local #hero in #ipswich where I live!” she wrote on Twitter alongside a video of her cover. “When I heard one of my favourite bands #BMTH, was collaborating with my local hero, I had to give their tune a go! #BadHabits #EdSheeran @olobersyko end scream”

Yesterday, Tom Morello shared his latest project with The Miraculous Love Kids — a video for his song “God Help Us All” — and Bushell was one of the featured musicians, along with Julien Baker, Serj Tankian, Cass McCombs, Aaron Lee Tasjan, and Nils Lofgren. Watch that video here.
This isn’t the first time Morello and Bushell have teamed up. Last year the musical prodigy co-wrote a song with the guitar virtuoso and his son Roman called “The Children Will Rise Up” to help raise awareness about the current climate crisis. Listen to that song here.
